Matthew Mehler is the Chief Operating Officer at Summit Facility Solutions, where he leads enterprise operations, maintenance services, procurement strategy, and service delivery across Summit’s national portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, supply chain, and vendor management, Matthew plays a critical role in translating Summit’s growth strategy into scalable, high-performance execution.

Prior to joining Summit, he held senior leadership roles with several large commercial, residential and construction portfolio owner operators, most notably Madison Square Garden Companies and LeFrak Organization. His experience managing large, strategic subcontractor ecosystems and multi-site client portfolios has helped shape Summit’s operational model—driving improvements in response time, cost control, service visibility, and consistency with a consistent focus on client experience. At Summit, he is responsible for building the systems, processes, and teams that enable reliable, accountable service delivery at scale.

Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University majoring in Supply Chain Management, and holds an MBA in Finance from South University. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he has settled in Long Island, New York with his wife, Leia, and daughter, Zoe.
